Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Associate Product Manager
to join our growing product team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the dynamic B2B SaaS space and gain hands-on experience in product development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help drive the evolution of our software product, ensuring that we meet the needs of our enterprise customers and continuously enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Strategy: Assist in the definition and execution of product strategies that align with customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities for our B2B SaaS platform.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct user research, gather customer feedback, and analyze usage data to understand pain points and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Roadmap & Backlog Management: Collaborate with senior product managers to contribute to the product roadmap and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business value.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvements.
  • Product Documentation: Help create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, requirements, and feature specifications.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Assist in product launches, working with the marketing and sales teams to ensure product messaging is clear, and customers understand the value of new features.
  • KPIs & Performance Monitoring: Help track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and user engagement, making recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in defining test cases, conducting QA, and ensuring that product features meet the necessary standards before release.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings from other B2B SaaS solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering- from top tier undergraduate college.
  • 1-2 years of experience in product management or related fields (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with SaaS product development and the B2B customer lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • A customer-focused mindset, always thinking about how to create value for users and businesses.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools like Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with UX/UI principles and working with design teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Exposure to working in cloud-based systems or enterprise-level SaaS platforms.
  • Prior experience working with sales and customer success teams to support customer-facing activities.
