Role & responsibilities :

  • Lead the infra & DevOps teams in a 24/7 PCI DSS-compliant environment
  • Oversee deployment and monitoring of Java applications running on Tomcat
  • Manage and optimize NGINX, Docker environments, and cloud resources (AWS)
  • Administer and maintain firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF, and SIEM systems
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with PCI DSS and ISO/IEC 27001 standards
  • Drive vulnerability management, security testing, and VAPT initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors for leased lines, MPLS links, and third-party tools
  • Implement and enforce security policies and operational best practices
  • Lead and mentor a DevOps team supporting a PCI DSS and ISO/IEC 27001-compliant environment
  • Design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance CI/CD pipelines using modern DevSecOps practices
  • Manage automation across infrastructure, deployment, and testing workflows
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams for smooth CI/CD integration
  • Implement security testing, VAPT, and vulnerability management in the pipeline
  • Drive cloud cost optimization and performance tuning on AWS
  • Lead incident response efforts and post-mortem analyses

Preferred candidate profile :

  • 12+ years of infrastructure operations experience, with 2+ in a leadership role
  • Deep experience in PCI DSS SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001 implementation

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of:

  • Java stack applications with Tomcat

  • NGINX and Docker
  • Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, and SIEM tools
  • Security testing and VAPT processes
  • AWS cloud infrastructure

  • Jenkins based CI/CD pipelines development

  • Experience managing leased lines, MPLS links, and vendor SLAs

  • Proven success in high-availability and secure production environments
