Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Civil Execution at Nivasa Group, located in Pune. The DGM - Civil Execution will oversee and manage all aspects of civil project execution, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, addressing challenges, and conducting regular site visits. The role requires team collaboration, vendor coordination, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in project planning, execution, and coordination within the civil engineering domain
  • Proficiency in quality control, safety compliance, and managing on-site activities
  • Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
  • Capability to handle problem-solving, decision-making, and delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Relevant technical expertise in civil engineering and project management
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field
  • Prior experience in the real estate or construction sector is highly desirable
