Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator at Frontier Furniture, Keiyan MEP, and Touchwood Interior, you will be part of a dynamic project management team dedicated to innovation and growth. You will play a key role in maintaining project scope, schedule, and communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution. - Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. - Monitor daily project activities to ensure project deadlines are met. - Organize all project aspects in alignment with timelines and deliverables. - Develop and maintain a project performance database to track progress and milestones. - Efficiently assign and monitor resources to maximize project efficiency. - Report project risks and outcomes to management channels and escalate issues as per the project work plan. - Act as the central communication point between internal teams and external key persons. - Strengthen partnerships with external resources, including third-party vendors and researchers. Qualifications & Skills: - Three or more years of experience in project coordination. - Experience in coordinating teams and clients. - Proven success in a corporate setting with all levels of management. - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. - Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
