About the Role:
We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team, responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for our websites. You'll work closely with our development team to design and implement user-centered solutions that meet our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality, user-centered UI/UX solutions for websites
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and asset libraries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, marketing)
Communicate design decisions and solutions effectively
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design
Portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions
Proficiency in design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Excellent visual design and interaction design skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines
Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods
