The company is a Great Place to Work-Certified organization, placing it among one of the top employers of choice.Restroworks is on a mission to make global restaurants prosperous.For more information, visit RequirementsJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesComponent Testing: Conduct thorough testing and validation of various PC hardware components, including motherboards, CPUs, RAM, HDDs/SSDs, power supplies, and graphics cards, to ensure functionality and performance meet specifications.System Assembly & Configuration: Perform basic assembly and disassembly of PC systems for testing and diagnostics.Operating System Management: Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux operating systems for testing environments and system validation.Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.Documentation: Documentation of Hardware specification and tracking of PC systems, components, and peripherals.Quality Assurance: Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and issues. Report non-conformance and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality.Learning & Adaptation: Demonstrate a strong zeal to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies related to evolving PC hardware and software.Required Qualifications/SkillsDegree or Diploma in Computer Hardware & NetworkingIn-depth Hardware Knowledge: Very good understanding of the function, specifications, and interoperability of core PC hardware components (motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage devices, etc.).Technical Proficiency: Basic, practical experience with PC hardware assembly and configuration.OS Expertise: Well-versed with Operating System installation and basic configuration for both Windows and Linux environments.Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to perform effective troubleshooting for both PC hardware and software issues.Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and clear communication abilities.Mindset: A strong desire and enthusiasm to rapidly learn and apply new technical knowledge.Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)Experience with automated testing tools or scripting.Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI configuration and firmware updates.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => ,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
