Position Overview:The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, farmers, and partners to generate qualified leads for solar projects, explaining schemes and offers, maintaining data records, and coordinating with business development and technical teams for smooth project processing.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers, farmers, and leads to promote solar power plant solutions under KUSUM and other schemes.
  • Explain company offerings, government schemes, benefits, and financing options in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Generate qualified leads and forward them to the Business Development and DPR teams for further processing.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated lead database in Excel/CRM.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with field teams for site visits, documentation collection, and project updates.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and route technical queries to the appropriate department.
  • Support campaign activities and assist in data entry or documentation as required.
  • Preferred Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in telesales, call center, or solar sales (Freshers welcome with good communication skills).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way to farmers and clients.
  • Proficiency in mobile apps, Excel, and basic computer operations.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
  • Knowledge of solar schemes (KUSUM) will be an added advantage.
