Job Title: Associate Manager Finance & Legal

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Manager to join our Finance team. The

ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoicing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable

(AR), and bad debt analysis. This role involves direct client communication, including AR follow-ups and

resolving invoicing-related queries, ensuring timely collections and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:


• Invoicing & Revenue Recognition:

  • Prepare and review client invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards.


• Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:

  • Monitor outstanding receivables and perform regular follow-ups with clients.
  • Analyze AR aging reports and identify potential risks or overdue accounts.


• Bad Debt Analysis:

  • Evaluate and report on doubtful accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate bad debt exposure.


• Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries related to invoicing and payments.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication to resolve issues promptly.


• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare periodic financial reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and client communications.


• Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline invoicing and AR processes.
  • Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelors degree


• 58 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.


• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and AR processes.
