Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced R Programming Tutor to provide one-on-one guidance and support for PhD-level research work.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and research methodologies using R.

The sessions can be conducted online or in-person (Delhi NCR) based on mutual convenience.

This is a part-time / freelance tutoring role focused on applying R to real research data and helping with data interpretation, visualization, and model building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach R programming
  • Guide in data cleaning, management, and statistical analysis using R (tidyverse, ggplot2, dplyr, etc.)
  • Assist in model development (regression, ANOVA, multivariate analysis, mixed models, etc.)
  • Support in data visualization and result interpretation for research publications
  • Help with R Markdown / reproducible research reports
  • Offer conceptual clarity and practical help relevant to PhD-level research projects

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in R programming and RStudio
  • Background in Statistics / Data Science / Quantitative Research / Econometrics
  • Prior experience in tutoring or mentoring PhD or postgraduate students preferred
  • Strong understanding of research data workflows and academic analysis
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Comfortable with flexible scheduling (12 sessions per week)
