Position: Production Supervisor for Aerospace Company

Key Skills:
Machine shop supervision, production planning, BCT/ACT cycle time monitoring, deburring, and post-machining activities.AS9100 compliance, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement in Aerospace.
Job Description:
Supervise day-to-day machine shop operations for aerospace components.
Plan and allocate work to operators to meet production targets.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and quality adherence.
Track and analyze BCT (Benchmark Cycle Time) vs ACT (Actual Cycle Time) for parts.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and customer specifications.
Track production progress, work orders, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Maintain production records, reports, and key performance metrics.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and control scrap/waste.
Monitor post-machining activities, deburring, and VDM processes.
Mentor and guide the shop-floor team to improve skills and achieve on-time deliver

Job Description:
Plan and schedule production activities for aerospace components.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams for resource availability.
Monitor production progress and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management review.
Analyze capacity, lead times, and resource utilization to optimize workflow.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards and customer specifications.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and delivery processes.
Track on-time delivery, work orders, material movement, and inventory control.
Coordinate with departments to meet customer delivery deadlines.
Manage issuance of materials from RM to FG and perform stock audits.
Communicate production status, risks, and timelines effectively with stakeholders.
Demonstrate leadership, good communication skills, and willingness to work in rotating shifts.
Requirement: Minimum 5 years in the field of Aerospace / Aviation Industry
