Position: PHP Developer (VTiger CRM) We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer with expertise in VTiger CRM to join our talented team on-site in Noida, India. As a PHP Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining robust CRM solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain custom modules and extensions for VTiger CRM.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design, implement, and test new features and functionalities in VTiger CRM.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications through optimization techniques.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services for enhanced functionality.
  • Perform debugging and troubleshooting of existing applications to resolve issues.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient PHP code according to best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure effective UI/UX implementation.
  • Maintain documentation for software functionality and updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve our solutions.
  • Work with databases and ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Assist in training junior developers on VTiger CRM functionalities.
  • Provide support during the deployment and maintenance stages of projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience as a PHP Developer, specifically with VTiger CRM.
  • Strong understanding of PHP frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience with MySQL database management and optimization.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and handling technical support.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
