At EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd., we're on a mission to bridge the gap between learning and employability for India's youth. To help us build the right teams that power this mission, we're looking for an energetic and passionate Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Bangalore.
What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions with ownership for TAT, quality, and candidate experience.
Partner with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower plans and design effective hiring strategies.
Identify and engage top talent using innovative sourcing methods and employer branding initiatives.
Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from screening to onboarding.
Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to continuously improve processes.
Who You Are:
A graduate (preferably in HR or Psychology) with 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent at communication, networking, and relationship-building.
Confident with data, creative with sourcing, and passionate about connecting people to meaningful opportunities.
