About the Role

Kaash Studio is looking for a versatile
Creative & Social Media Manager
who can blend design skills with digital strategy. This role covers end-to-end ownership of content — from conceptualizing and designing visuals to managing social media platforms and tracking performance. You will play a key role in shaping Kaash Studio's brand presence across industries like Aerospace, Automotive, IoT, Medical, and Consumer Electronics.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

  • Design engaging graphics, carousels, infographics, and marketing collateral.
  • Create short-form video/Reel content with basic editing.
  • Support product photography and editing (basic-level acceptable).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay relevant.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (engagement, reach, follower growth, website traffic, lead inquiries).
  • Share monthly updates and insights with the CMO.
  • Suggest improvements based on data-driven observations.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with the CMO to bring campaigns to life.
  • Ensure timely posting and delivery of all creative assets.
  • Support cross-functional marketing needs like presentations and client decks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in a combined design + social media role (B2B/industrial background is a plus).
  • No experience with a great portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects basics).
  • Familiarity with Canva/Figma for quick-turnaround design work.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

  • Consistent, on-time posting schedule.
  • Growth in followers, engagement, and reach.
  • Quality of designs and brand consistency.
  • Social-driven lead inquiries or website traffic.
  • Regular reporting and insights shared with the CMO.
