Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Campus Coordinator to manage campus-related activities, admissions, and student engagement efforts in Perumbavoor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campus management, admissions, and team supervision. This role will involve overseeing the coordination of all campus-related operations, working with both students and academic staff, and ensuring the efficient and successful closure of admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campus Management:
  • Coordinate and manage campus operations, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and key stakeholders.
  • Supervise campus staff and ensure adherence to operational policies and guidelines.
  • Admissions Management:
  • Track and close admissions in a timely manner, meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Address any issues related to student admissions and provide necessary guidance.
  • Supervise campus-based activities, ensuring that student interactions and support are handled professionally.
  • Ensure effective communication between the administration, students, and faculty.
  • Maintain and manage documentation related to student admissions, events, and campus activities.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and email for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.
  • Organize and assist in student-related events, workshops, and orientation programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for students, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth campus experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in campus management, student admissions, or a related field.
  • Age: upto 30 years.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to close admissions successfully and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping using Excel and email.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
