Work Mode: Remote

Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm

Main: Using Comfy UI for image inpainting and photoshop for image editing.

1. Overview of Responsibilities

You will contribute to Three key areas of our workflow: 1. Lead Generation (Basic Research) - Collect potential client details from the web. - Data required:
• Full Name
• Email ID
• Phone Number (if available)
• Instagram Profile Link

1. Social Media management and Content creation - create graphics as well as posts for Social media - maintain and reply to comments/ dm's for the social media page. 2. Image Generation & Editing - Finding and preparing reference images (for specific clothing like shirts, dresses, jackets, etc.). - Executing the AI image Inpainting workflow for retaining the details(using ComfyUI — training will be provided). - Editing outputs with Adobe Photoshop where required. - Maintaining structured file organization and naming.

2. Workflow Load

1: Lead Research (Secondary Priority)

• Search web/social platforms (mainly Instagram, brand websites, or directories). - Collect basic details only (name, email, phone, Instagram link). - Enter data into the shared sheet (format will be provided). - Leads must be relevant to fashion/clothing niche. Note: Lead research will not be daily priority; it will be assigned when needed.

2: Reference Image Collection (Very Important)

• You will be assigned specific clothing (e.g., "Shirts only" or "Summer Dresses"). - Search and save reference images where the clothing is clearly visible.

• Ensure:
  • Proper lighting (avoid dark, blurred, or cluttered images).
  • Focused on the clothing item only (not full body unless required). - Convert/crop into required ratio (e.g., 3:4). - Save and rename files according to the provided naming convention. - Upload to the designated folder in Google Drive.

3: AI Workflow Execution (Main Priority)

• You will be trained on ComfyUI workflows (video call + guide). - Tasks include:
  • Brushing/selecting areas to be changed.
  • Placing the new outfit reference.
  • Running the workflow (system does the rest). - Expected Output: minimum 30 edited images per day. Consistency is critical — this is a monotonous task. You must stay focused and keep execution speed high.

4: File Organization

• For every project, create and maintain structured folders: 1. Reference Images (clothing samples, properly named) 2. Raw Outputs (AI-generated images, masks, etc.) 3. Edited Images (final cleaned versions from Photoshop) - Always double-check:
  • Correct naming.
  • Correct folder placement.
  • No duplicates or missing files.

5: Final Editing (Photoshop)

• After raw images are generated, you may need to:
  • Clean up imperfections.
  • Adjust colors/lighting.
  • Blend outfits smoothly.
  • Add missing details. - Save final outputs in the required format. - Upload to Google Drive in the Final folder.

6: Social Media Management and Content Creation.

• Maintain the Instagram page
  • Answer to any DM's.
  • reply to any comments.
  • Save new trends and keep the page active.

• Create new content.

1. Tools You Will Use

2. Google Drive – file organization & delivery. - ComfyUI – AI workflow execution (training will be provided). - Adobe Photoshop – editing and final touch-ups. - Web browsers – research for leads and reference images. - Instagram – Social Media Management.

3. Expectations & Rules

4. Monotony Tolerance: A large portion of this work is repetitive. You must complete tasks without complaints, excuses, or delays. - Minimum Output: 30 images edited Daily (non-negotiable, when and if there is work). - Accuracy: File naming, folder structure, and instructions must be followed exactly. - Communication: If stuck, ask — but do not leave tasks incomplete. - Confidentiality: Do not share any project files or client data outside the team.

6. Daily updates via the designated communication channel (WhatsApp). - Upload all completed work to Google Drive by end of day. - Update daily progress in the shared google tracker sheet.

Important Note: This role is not for someone looking for only creative freedom. The majority of work will be repetitive execution tasks, and success depends on speed, accuracy, and consistency.
