*ServiceNow Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and other relevant scripting languages for customizing and extending APM functionalities.

*Integration Skills: Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP *APIs and other integration methods to gather data for APM.

*ITBM/CSM Modules: Familiarity with other IT Business Management (ITBM) modules such as PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Demand Management that often overlap with APM functionalities
