Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute complete wiring, assembly, and installation of LT Panels (MCC, PCC, APFC, Feeder Pillar, Control Panels).
  • Perform advanced testing, continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and commissioning.
  • Identify faults and carry out complex troubleshooting and corrective actions on-site and in the workshop.
  • Supervise junior technicians and helpers, ensuring quality and timely work completion.
  • Install and test earthing systems & lightning protection systems as per standards.
  • Coordinate with design and production engineers for drawings, load calculations, and requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain testing documents, material lists, checklists, and reports.
  • Maintain strict adherence to electrical and site safety protocols.
  • Support electrical and solar installation works whenever required.

Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical.
  • Minimum 3–7+ years experience in LT Panel wiring, testing & commissioning.
  • Excellent knowledge of MCC/PCC panels, protection devices, relays, meters, cable sizing, and industrial wiring.
  • Ability to independently handle fieldwork and customer site requirements.
  • Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
