About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with strong expertise in OpenAI, ChatGPT, LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Vector Databases to design and build intelligent, scalable AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating large language models into production systems and optimizing them for performance and accuracy, and leveraging existing AI tools for faster, smarter development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT, GPT, etc.) and LangChain
  • Implement RAG pipelines by integrating language models with Vector Databases
  • Develop and maintain custom AI workflows, including prompt engineering, embedding generation, and retrieval systems.
  • Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products.
  • Continuously evaluate and fine-tune AI models for accuracy, latency, and scalability.
  • Stay updated on emerging GenAI technologies and contribute innovative ideas for AI-based solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML development.
  • Solid understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG architecture, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases
  • Knowledge of API integration, RESTful services, and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with existing AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, or similar)

Good to Have:
- Experience with or React for AI integration.
- Prior experience building AI chatbots, assistants, or recommendation systems.
