Position Overview

We are seeking a
Data Analyst with strong Python skills
to join our Gurgaon team. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, build automated pipelines, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making through data visualization and statistical analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
  • Develop automated data pipelines and Python scripts.
  • Create dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven insights.
  • Apply Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn) for analysis.
  • Support predictive modeling and ML initiatives in partnership with AI/ML teams.
  • Document methodologies, processes, and findings for reusability and transparency.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance in all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
