Role Overview

We are looking for developers with balanced hands-on expertise in React Native and React JS. Candidates must have built and delivered cross-platform mobile apps as well as responsive web applications. Equal proficiency in both skill sets is mandatory, as projects will require dependency on web and mobile experience together.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React JS.
  • Implement and optimize Native Bridge connections (Android & iOS) or Fabric architecture.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless, consistent user experiences.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance for both web and mobile applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Requirements

  • Equal hands-on experience in React Native and React JS (mandatory).
  • 4 to 10 years of proven development experience (minimum 4 years is must).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (DOM, object model, ES6+).
  • Deep experience in React Native development for Android and iOS.
  • Experience in Native Android and iOS is required (Mandatory).
  • Thorough understanding of React JS core principles and workflows (Redux / Context API).
  • Experience with Native Bridge / Fabric integrations.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
  • Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
