We need a Service Advisor with 2–3 years' experience in vehicle service. The job is to attend customers, note vehicle problems, coordinate with the workshop, and ensure proper service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • MMV / ITI / Diploma in Automobile (Required)
  • 2–3 years of experience in automobile service (Preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with workshop team for repairs and servicing
  • Update customers on job status and delivery time
  • Ensure quality check before vehicle delivery
  • Handle customer queries and complaints
  • Upsell services, maintenance packages, and accessories.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of vehicles and servicing.
  • Good communication and customer handling.
  • Problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
