A) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:-
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing strong candidate pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing the employer brand to ensure the organization attracts and retains high-performing employees.
A) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone/video/in-person), and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manage job postings and ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and aligned with company goals.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate the offer and onboarding processes.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employment law
C) Required Behaviors/ Competencies:-
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruiting.
- Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and hiring best practices.
