Job Title: Associate Director-.Net Full Stack

Location: Gurugram

What you will be doing:

  1. Project Leadership & Execution

  2. Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for clients.

  3. Define and manage implementation timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

  4. Lead infrastructure provisioning (UAT, PROD), licensing, and product deployment.

  5. Team Management & Coordination

  6. Supervise cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX, and support engineers.

  7. Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure sprint alignment.

  8. Mentor junior engineers and ensure knowledge continuity across workstreams.

  9. Client Engagement & Communication

  10. Act as the primary technical liaison with clients during onboarding, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  11. Conduct training sessions, demos, and feedback loops with client stakeholders.

  12. Manage expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and SLAs.

  13. Governance & Reporting

  14. Participate in governance calls and status reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

  15. Track effort, cost, and resource utilization using structured costing models.
  16. Escalate risks and issues proactively and propose mitigation strategies.
  17. Compliance & Quality Assurance
  18. Ensure adherence to SOC-2, data retention, and vulnerability assessment protocols.
  19. Oversee audit trails, database snapshots, and security configurations (e.g., Azure Key Vault, LoadRunner licensing)

What youll need to have:
- A bachelor's / masters degree in computer science, business, or engineering with over 15 years of experience.
- Understanding of Full Lifecycle Product Development and object-oriented programming principles
- Experience in data management, programming, systems analysis, and technology architecture
- Experience in front-end frameworks, such as Angular 8+ and higher / Bootstrap, and backend frameworks, such as ASP.NET Core, JSON, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server, and SOAP / REST APIs
- Knowledge of microservice architecture and MS Azure
- Experience in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile
- Experience in conducting daily standup, planning, monitoring, and control
- Ability to risks / issues planning, identification, and resolution
- Experience in project governance and status reviews
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
