Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring to join our recruitment team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in C2H roles across diverse IT skill sets while managing client and candidate relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conversions with candidates.
  • Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and smooth onboarding for C2H hires.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche IT roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment with at least 2 years in C2H hiring.
  • Strong understanding of IT skill sets (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.).
  • Experience with VMS tools, ATS platforms, and major job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume and niche skill hiring simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of compliance and documentation for contract hiring.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to corporate or vendor-side IT staffing.
  • Experience handling rate negotiations and contract conversions.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches and social media recruiting.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid, Chennai location
