Senior Embryologist

· Technical Skills:

· In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)

· Embryo culture, grading, and transfer

· Cryopreservation and vitrification techniques

· Oocyte retrieval and sperm preparation

· Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) and embryo biopsy

· Advanced microscopy and laboratory equipment maintenance

· Laboratory data management and compliance with regulatory standards

· Professional Skills:

· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Leadership and mentorship of junior staff

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
