Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to dive deep into the world of Search Engine Optimization? Pathixo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, drive organic growth, and contribute directly to the success of a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

As an SEO Intern, you will be instrumental in optimizing our digital presence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Keyword Research:
    Conducting in-depth research to identify high-value keywords and content opportunities relevant to our target audience.
  • On-Page Optimization:
    Assisting with the optimization of website content, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
  • Content Strategy Support:
    Collaborating with the content team to ensure new and existing content is SEO-friendly and aligned with search trends.
  • Technical SEO Audits:
    Learning and assisting with site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issuesusing tools like Google Search Console.
  • Link Building/Off-Page SEO:
    Supporting outreach strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and build domain authority.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education:
    Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Passion for SEO:
    A strong curiosity and willingness to learn the fundamentals of Search Engine Optimization.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to identify trends and measure results.
  • Excellent Communication:
    Strong written communication skills for content and outreach tasks.
  • Self-Starter:
    Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage time effectively in a remote/startup environment.
  • Bonus Points:
    Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz), basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, or prior experience in digital marketing projects.
