Job Title: Project Manager - Clinical Research

Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3 years of experience in clinical research to oversee and manage various clinical research projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate and lead a team.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans for clinical research studies, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of research projects
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may arise
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with study investigators and site staff to facilitate recruitment and retention of study participants
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to ethics committees and regulatory agencies

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in optometry and vision science
  • 3 years of experience in a clinical research setting, with a proven track record of successful project management
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research processes, regulations, and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
