Job Title: Associate - Talent Acquisition

Location: Pune (Baner)

Time: 3:00 PM 12:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for End-to-End Recruitment: Right from understanding the requirement from Hiring Managers, sourcing and screening the profiles, conducting HR interviews and Ensuring candidate joins on stipulated date by continuous follow up.
  • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments and identify recruitment needs
  • Responsible for Hiring non-IT positions from Junior to senior level
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels like Job Portals, Professional networking sites, internal references, non-conventional methods like Social Media Recruitment, etc.
  • Coordinating with Hiring managers to arrange interviews and drives
  • Work under the deadlines and achieve the target numbers
  • Effectively negotiate compensation to arrive at proper fitment and managing internal and external stakeholders

Requirement:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Graduation/Postgraduate with minimum 4 years of experience in BPO (Customer Support and Inside Sales) and Shared Services hiring
  • Work experience as an In-house Recruiter, Familiarity with full cycle recruitment
  • Experience in managing vendors and conducting walk-in drives as and when required
  • Should have good knowledge of MIS for creating reports on weekly, monthly and need basis
