Key Responsibilities

Execute functional and regression testing across life and pension platforms and downstream systems.

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and cases.
  • Perform deep technical analysis and debugging of issues across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to ensure early validation and shift-left testing practices.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases and defects.
  • Use AI/ML tools for test optimization, defect clustering, and predictive analytics.
  • Support test data preparation and environment readiness for both cloud and on-premise deployments.
  • Maintain test documentation and contribute to knowledge repositories.
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies.

Key Accountabilities

  • Delivery of functional testing outcomes within sprint timelines.
  • Identification and resolution of defects with minimal leakage post-release.
  • Enablement of agile teams through proactive test support and collaboration.
  • Continuous improvement of test coverage and test effectiveness.
  • Compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
