Timing : 4:00 Am to 9:30 AM and 3:00 Pm to 7:00 Pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily activities of bus conductors.
• Ensure conductors follow proper ticketing procedures and maintain accurate cash and ticket records.
• Monitor punctuality, attendance, and behavior of conductors on duty.
• Conduct regular checks on buses to ensure proper passenger handling and fare collection.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to conductors.
• Handle passenger complaints or operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on conductor performance and revenue collection.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and operations managers to maintain schedule efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RTO rules, and safety standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new conductors.
