About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a strong background in Testing

or Software Business Analysis to join our growing team as an AI Analyst

Key Responsibilities


• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.


• Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into functional

specifications.


• Support and participate in testing (functional, integration, UAT) to ensure

deliverables meet business needs.


• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, managing

expectations and clarifying requirements.


• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and user guides for stakeholders.


• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.


• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure

alignment.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or

related field.


• 2–6 years of experience in Testing, QA, or Software Business Analysis.


• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and functional testing skills.


• Excellent communication and presentation abilities—both written and verbal.


• Ability to manage client interactions confidently and professionally.


• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.


• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn emerging technologies.
