About the Role

We're seeking a 
skilled and detail-oriented Front-End Developer
 with expertise in

 who is passionate about creating high-performing, user-centric web applications.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the design, backend, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences, build modular and scalable components, and ensure consistent design implementation across platforms. You will play a key role in translating creative concepts into efficient, production-ready code while maintaining a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 
    responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components
     using , , Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
  • Manage both 
    client-side and server-side state
     effectively using tools like Zustand and React Query.
  • Integrate with backend systems using 
    RESTful APIs
     or 
    GraphQL
    , ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization.
  • Implement advanced 
    caching, background synchronization
    , and 
    data-fetching strategies
     for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the backend team to define and refine data structures, endpoints, and integration layers.
  • Continuously 
    optimize performance
     through techniques like code-splitting, lazy loading, bundle optimization, and memory management.
  • Maintain and enhance a 
    unified design system
    , ensuring design consistency and reusability of components.
  • Write 
    clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
     following modern best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct 
    code reviews
     and participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Stay up to date with 
    emerging front-end technologies
    , proposing new tools and techniques to improve development workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in

     for managing API caching, background synchronization, and mutations.

     or similar lightweight state management libraries.

  • Strong experience in 
    API integration
     (RESTful or GraphQL) and data handling.

  • Clear understanding of 
    frontend architecture principles
