Job Overview:

Title: Sr.FullStack Developer

Location: Pune

Roles and responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MEAN or MERN stack (MongoDB, , Angular / React, )
• Develop, deploy, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot (or Spring Cloud)
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components
• Work on data modeling, database schema design (both NoSQL and relational databases)
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Write unit tests, integration tests, automation tests; use TDD / BDD where appropriate
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, technical discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications (frontend and backend)
• Collaborate with DevOps / Infrastructure teams to deploy, monitor, and maintain services
• Work in agile / scrum environment: attend sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
• Document APIs, system architecture, and design decisions.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes.
• Cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring & logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, encryption)
• Experience working in distributed / remote teams
• Good understanding of system design and scalable architectures
