Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and target key clients in the Technology and Analytics industry across the specified regions.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into clients.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking and reporting on progress regularly.
Collaborate with the leadership team to set ambitious sales targets and achieve revenue growth objectives.
Solutioning and Client Engagement:
Conduct in-depth analysis and assessments of clients' business requirements, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop comprehensive and tailored solutions that showcase our company's capabilities in Technology, Data & AI/ML & Data Science technologies.
- Present and articulate these solutions to clients through effective communication, presentations, and proposals.
Cultivate strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to understand their evolving needs and drive customer success.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
- Leverage market insights to drive the development of innovative product and service offerings.
Use competitive intelligence to position our solutions advantageously and address clients' concerns effectively.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of sales and solutioning professionals, inspiring them to achieve exceptional results.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the team and across departments.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in Sales and Solutioning within the Technology and Analytics industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
- Proven expertise in Data & Analytics space with knowledge on recent technology trends, with a strong understanding of the market landscape.
- Understanding of recent Technologies: Data warehouse , Data Lake, Delta Lake, Data Governance, Data Engineering ,Data Cataloguing along with Gen-AI, LLM, Computer Vision, Analytics Strategies
- High-level understanding of Languages & Tools: Python, PySpark, SnowFlakes, Tableau, Power BI & Data architecture
Brief understanding of cloud technologies: AWS & Azure
Communication and Presentation:
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
Strong presentation skills to effectively articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
Leadership and Team Management:
Prior experience leading and mentoring a team of sales and solutioning professionals.
Ability to foster teamwork, motivate team members, and drive a high-performance culture.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical mindset to identify client challenges and design effective solutions.
Proactive approach to problem-solving, finding innovative ways to address client needs.
Market Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the Technology and Analytics industry trends, key players, and market dynamics across the specified regions.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Travel:
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
