PreviPharma Consulting GmbH is a globally active research and development company specializing in the plasma industry and recombinant proteins. Our team collaborates with plasma fractionation and donation centers, as well as technology providers, to develop innovative medical solutions from plasma donation to finished therapeutic products. Despite a $20 billion plasma industry, only a small fraction of plasma proteins are utilized for medical treatments, leaving significant untapped market potential. Through our Medical Innovation Platform (MIP), we have identified several early-stage drug candidates with promising data packages aimed at addressing unmet needs in therapeutic areas such as hematology, infectious diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, neurology, and inflammation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Analytical Manager based in Hyderabad. The Analytical Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of analytical projects. Responsibilities include developing analytical methodologies, managing QC operations, analyzing data to ensure quality and compliance, and preparing detailed technical reports. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the development of new therapeutic products while adhering to regulatory standards and quality assurance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in analytical techniques, including HPLC, chromatography, spectroscopy, and method validation
  • Proficient in Quality Control (QC) processes, data review, and interpretation of analytical results
  • Experience in pharmaceutical R&D and regulatory compliance processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing complex data
  • Effective leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field
  • Professional experience in plasma-based therapeutics or biotechnology is an advantage
