Professional Skills & Qualifications:

A seasoned SFDC Developer with 8 to 10 years of comprehensive experience on Salesforce platforms, specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud and Service Cloud projects. Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud tools and technologies, including building custom applications, integrations, and data pipelines.

Experienced in setting up and customizing Service Cloud Console, Omni-Channel setup, and skill-based routing to optimize customer service operations. Skilled in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, SOSL, SOQL, REST-based web services, XML, and JavaScript. Adept at creating and maintaining technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and user guides, while ensuring high quality and performance through rigorous testing and debugging.

Possesses a strong understanding of integrations, cloud-based data infrastructure, and the Salesforce Platform, with hands-on experience in the Org development model and Agile frameworks.

Certified as a Platform Developer I, with Platform Developer II and Service Cloud Consultant certifications preferred
