- Manage TPA operations including attending calls, interacting with walk-in customers, and resolving queries.
- Perform Birth/Death entries in the Nagar Nigam portal.
- Coordinate between hospital and TPA companies for claim processing, cashless benefits, and statutory compliances.
- Verify pre-authorization request forms, prepare case summaries with treating doctors, and cross-check discharge summaries to avoid discrepancies.
- Complete documentation and submit to TPAs for processing.
Assist administrator with clerical tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹50,000.00 per month
