Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and articulate Business Intelligence Associate to join our Business Intelligence function. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI with business acumen and a deep understanding of operational contexts.

This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role that will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to help them make data-backed decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards across business units


• Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and operating teams


• Drive reporting on key metrics (sales, performance, funnels, conversions, etc.)


• Proactively identify performance trends, red flags, and areas for improvement


• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to help them action data


• Assist in weekly and monthly reviews with data-driven narratives and visualizations


• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems


• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes using Python and SQL


• Perform data analysis and ad hoc reporting in Excel

Requirements


• 1–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles


• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, advanced visualizations)


• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation


• Solid command over Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas


• Good understanding of business operations, preferably in a high-growth company


• Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills


• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders


• High sense of ownership and attention to detail


• Based in or willing to work from Bangalore
