Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in data migration or ETL roles, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or supervisory position.

Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and best practices.

Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalent

Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).

Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Familiarity with data modeling, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
