Job Description:

  • Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Implement security policies and procedures for AD.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users and IT staff.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and File Services.
  • experience with PowerShell scripting and Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Handle Active Directory replication, Sites & Services configuration, and FSMO role management.
  • Monitor and maintain backup solutions including Veritas, and Windows Backup.
  • Diagnose and resolve authentication issues related to LDAP, Kerberos, and NTLM.
  • Knowledge of Linux servers would be an added advantage.
  • Working Experience of Manage Engine 360, Manage Engine ADManager, ADAudit, ADSelfService.
