Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads through field work, visiting auto parts shops, garages, and other relevant outlets.
  • Develop new markets by identifying potential customers and building relationships with them.
  • Meet monthly targets set for each market area assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales performance.
  • Conduct market surveys to identify competition and new opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, daily client visits, and collection follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or marketing in the automobile industry.
  • Strong understanding of tyres, retreading processes, rubber products, and related industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; target-oriented mindset required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.B.A/ B.M.S in Marketing Management).
