Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers, offering support in overcoming technical challenges and fostering team growth.

- Technical Standards : Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.

- Code Review & Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality benchmarks.

- Application Development : Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications using the MERN Stack and React Native.

- Requirement Analysis : Translate business requirements into effective, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

- Performance Optimization : Monitor, analyze, and optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.

- Sprint Planning & Resource Allocation : Plan sprints, prioritize development tasks, and allocate team resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
