Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Management Specialist located in Greater Kailash 2. The Event Management Specialist will be responsible for client servicing,creating and delivering presentations as per client requirements especially in government sector,creating budget sheets,planning, organizing, and executing events. They will coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of events. Day-to-day tasks include event planning, managing logistics, overseeing event setup and breakdown, and ensuring that all events are executed smoothly and within budget.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management skills
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Marketing skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the event management industry is a plus
