Executive/Sr. Executive - Production

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To ensuredemandd meets supply through maximum Production Efficiency and control over wastage, Manpower handling, System Entries, stock monitoring, Plant Hygiene, FSMS participationt in Improvement projects/Mistake proofing activities.
  • To highlight any challenges faced during the production to the reporting manager.
  • In case of any discrepancy, they have the authority to stop the line and report to the reporting manager immediately.
  • Responsible for Plant Capacity Enhancement
  • Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
  • Ensure no sales loss due to Production
  • Ensure wastage reduction (RM/ PM, water, FG etc.)
  • Ability to create & manage Production budget
  • Responsible for planning & and executing Total Preventive Maintenance
  • Initiating Cost Saving Projects
  • Ensure Optimal Utilization of Resources
  • Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet the businesss objectives. Focus on standards of Food safety, hygiene on the production area, Blowing, filler area.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and personal hygiene protocols on the production floor to maintain food safety standards.
  • Regularly monitor and document Critical Control Points (CCPs) and key process parameters to prevent any food safety risks during production.
  • Supervise and verify timely cleaning and sanitization of equipment and production areas as per defined SOPs.
