Job Title: Business Development Manager (Solar Industry)

Location: Girish Park / Pachtala

Salary: ₹70,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6+ years

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in the Solar Industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and market expansion, with deep knowledge of solar products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and business prospects.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams for client proposals and project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Solar Industry experience mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of solar projects, products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team when required.
  • Target-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Age must be below 45 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65, ₹70,000.00 per month
