Role Description

Job Opening – Ticketing & PNR Executive | ClearTrip (Travel Process)

Company: Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: C-46, Sector 57, Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office | Immediate Joiners Preferred


Position: Ticketing & PNR Executive (Travel / ClearTrip Process)

Job Role

  • Flight ticketing & PNR creation

  • Handling booking amendments/changes

  • Managing travel queries for domestic & international bookings

  • Coordinating with customers for smooth travel assistance


Eligibility

  • Graduates / Undergraduates can apply

  • Freshers & experienced both eligible

  • Strong interest in the travel/ticketing domain


Skills Required

  • Excellent English (very fluent) + Hindi communication

  • Good understanding of travel processes

Knowledge of GDS systems:

  • Amadeus

  • Galileo

  • Sabre

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Customer-focused mindset


Shift Details

  • Rotational shifts for Male candidates

  • Day shift for Female candidates ---

Salary

  • Freshers: Up to ₹17,000 per month

  • Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 per month

  • Incentives as per performance ---

Working Days

  • 6 Days Working

  • 1 rotational week off ---

  • Strong interest in the travel/ticketing domain

  • GDS Certification is mandatory
