Day & Date: Wednesday, August 20th

Time: 1:30 PM to 7 PM

Title: Sales Development Representative

Experience: 2+ years of pure Sales experience

Work mode: 5 days a week in office (Mon to Fri)

Shift: 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (Evening shifts)

Salary - 6.5 LPA to 9 LPA

As part of our commitment to expanding our team, Were looking for resilient, motivated, and experienced Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. Included: training program, Amazon Advertising certification, mentorship, benefits, and modern, metric-driven career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers

  • Articulating the value proposition and helping customers understand how our solutions can solve their business problems

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales team

  • Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers

  • Meeting and exceeding key KPIs, including those for outbound calls, meetings booked and conversion

Requirements:

  • You should have at least 2+ years of client facing experience working with US and/or North American customers

  • You are OK working from 6:30pm to 3:30am IST (night shift)

  • Fluent in English

  • Resilient with a strong desire to succeed; 100% cold calling means rejection is part of the job, and you need to bounce back

  • Call, nurture, and schedule appointments with cold leads; keep pipeline organized

  • You are coachable, open to feedback and mentorship
