Role Overview

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, architects, and visitors at the showroom. The role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a professional and inviting showroom environment that reflects Unitiles brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, architects, and vendors; direct them to the relevant team.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor appointments efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain enquiry logs, visitor registers, and the overall presentation of the showroom.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead follow-ups and client meetings.
  • Handle administrative duties such as courier dispatch, billing coordination, and inventory of brochures/samples.
  • Ensure product displays and reception areas meet brand and cleanliness standards.
  • Support client visits, product demos, and showroom events.
  • Uphold professional conduct, punctuality, and brand representation at all times.

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience in front office, reception, or client service roles, preferably in a showroom, architecture, design, or building materials environment.
  • Experience in handling architects, clients, or vendor coordination will be an advantage.
