JOB SUMMARY 

Skills required: -
1. 3D Modelling with CAD
2. Knowledge of geometric dimension & tolerance.
3. Knowledge of Jig fixture, Mould, die, related tooling.
4. Analytical & Numerical skill

Job Description: -
1. Utilize CAD Software to prepare product design & tooling design.
2. Manage prototype as well as production tooling.
3. Co-ordinate with production team for to create new tooling design.
4. Manage Entire project activities beginning from their receipt through first production.



A production assembly job involves assembling products, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. Here are some responsibilities of a production assembler: 
  • Assembling: Assembling products with precision and care, using hand tools or machines 

  • Inspecting: Inspecting products to ensure they meet specifications 

  • Maintaining: Maintaining equipment and keeping the work area clean and organized 

  • Following instructions: Reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics 

  • Communicating: Communicating with team members to ensure productivity and quality requirements are met 

  • Reporting: Reporting irregularities and malfunctions to management 

  • Training: Training and working with other assemblers 

  • Collaborating: Collaborating with a team to meet production goals 



Production assemblers should have good hand-eye coordination, physical condition, and communication skills. They should also have a good understanding of quality control principles and be able to follow detailed instructions. 

Production assemblers are an essential part of the manufacturing process and can be found in almost any field. Their job titles may vary by industry, but some common titles include mechanical, industrial, and electronics assemblers.
