This is a full-time, on-site role for a **YouTube Channel Manager** at our Delhi office. The YouTube Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing multiple YouTube channels, including uploading a large volume of content, scheduling videos, managing metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists), and ensuring proper categorization.

The role also involves tracking and analyzing YouTube analytics, improving reach through SEO best practices, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring brand consistency across all our channels.

Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of YouTube platform, YouTube Studio, and content management.

* Experience with video uploading, metadata optimization (SEO for YouTube), and playlist management.

* Understanding of YouTube analytics and ability to use insights to improve performance.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills (handling multiple channels & high content volume).

* Basic knowledge of video formats, thumbnails, and copyright policies on YouTube.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Experience in the film and music industry is a plus.
